Refunds provided by JTI are based on the number of days since service was rendered. Customers may request: a 100% refund within 24 hours; a 75% refund within 7 days; or a 50% refund within 15 days. After 15 days, customers are no longer eligible for a refund. If a technical issue previously resolved by JTI reoccurs, JTI will reservice the issue up to 30 days since the issue was originally resolved. If a technician determines that the issue cannot be resolved by the staff, JTI may issue a full refund.
One Time Charge Accounts -If we are unable to fix your problem we will approve a refund request if the request is within 48 hours of the service provided. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
